I ordered from bensonboonestore.com and, to be fair, the tracking was easy to follow. I got the update email after about a day, and the link worked every time I checked it, so I wasn’t totally in the dark.
The only frustrating part was that the tracking didn’t move for nearly 2 days, and I kind of felt trapped just refreshing it and wondering what was going on. The package did show up in good shape though, so overall it was fine and I’d probably order again.

I figured the packaging would be solid, and it pretty much confirmed that for me when it showed up. The box was clean, not smashed or beaten up, and everything inside looked safe and in good shape. No issues at all.

I had to send back a shirt because it ended up being a little too small. Probably avoidable if I’d checked the sizing a bit closer, but the return itself was super easy. I emailed them, got the info back quickly, and they sent the exchange out not long after. No annoying back and forth or stress, which I appreciated. I’d definitely order from them again.

I gave it a quick look when it arrived and was like, yep, that’s fine, totally calm about it. It was simple, accurate, and basically exactly what I needed

I’m still waiting on my order, and I have no idea what’s going on. It was supposed to arrive already, but nothing has shown up, no clear update either. I keep checking, then wondering if it got lost or delayed or what. Frustrating.
